Micro-Positioner

GTL Micropositioner provides accurate and precise mechanical perfomance for probe placement on a Device Under Test. The GTL Micropositioner is the most popular Probe Station accessory and comes in 2 styles, East and West, to affix to both sides of the Probe Station. The Micropositioner axes controls have a true 1-to-1 movement without backlash, and a 1 inch range of motion.

Positioner Mounts

The GigaTest Positioner Hard Mount, is the industry leader in Micropositioner stabilization. We have 2 Hard Mounts, one designed to work with the GTL 5050 Probe Stations, the other to work with the GTL 4040 and GTL 4060 Probe Stations. The Hard mount works with both East and West Positioners, and allow Theta rotation in both directions. See photos for examples.
