Deep Access RF Probes

GigaTest Microwave Probes are perfect for device characterization and modeling. GigaTest Probes have a high tolerance allowing them to land repeatedly, and take high quality data.

This is our Deep Access Probe design (DA). It features a higher clearance and longer body than our DX model, allowing you to probe farther. This probe body design also allows for rotation on the probe holder, giving this probe body the widest range of probing accessability.

Dual RF Probe

This is GigaTests' Dual Microwave Probe design. This is the most unique dual probe design as it has two probes mounted on one body and allows for Signal to Signal pitch changes. One Probe is fixed to the probe body, and the other is adjustable giving the different Signal to Signal Pitches.

Set2Dil Probe

The Set2Dil Probe is GigaTest's latest creation allowing for a unique Microwave Probing experience. There are four pegs around the probe tips that perfectly line up with the pre-designed probing surface pads to ensure probe contact everytime. Not only do these pegs line the probe tips up, but they help to protect the probe tips. We know it is easy to hit or drop a probe, put your worries at ease, this probe will survive drops from the probe station to the floor.

The beauty of this probing body and method is that you walk up, plug it in, take data, pull it out and repeat. Stop spending hours upon hours lining up probes. The pure simple fact is this probe will land the same way everytime, giving you the best possible data.
