Medium East West Nose Piece

This is a longer version of the East West Noses. This nose is 4.5 inches in length, comes with a rotational adjustment for probe planarity for the Device Under Test, and can be used with the Gigatest Microcam

Long East and West Noses

This is the longest version of the East West Nose. This nose is 6.5 inches in length, comes with a rotational adjustment for probe planarity for the Device Under Test, and can be used with the Gigatest Microcam

North South Nose

This is our other popular Nose, the North South Nose. The Probe Bracket is placed perpendicular to the nose, so the probe is facing the north or south directions. The North South Nose has a reverse version so the probes are on the opposite side(see photos to the left). This prom Also somes with a rotational adjustment for probe planarity.

GigaTest Vacuum Pump

The GTL Vacuum Pump works with our line of vacuum accessories: The Manifold, PCB Fixture kit and Calibration Substrate.



Vacuum Manifold

The GTL Vacuum Manifold plugs right into the GTL Vacuum Pump to open up 5 vacuum expansion slots.






PCB Fixture Kit

This great product works in concert with the GTL Vacuum Pump and Vacuum Manifold. The PCB Fixture Kit works by plugging the open hose into the Vacuum Manifold where the vacuum suction is controlled and then applied to each of the Fixture Blocks. When the Vacuum Manifold is turned off, the Fixture blocks are easy to move and stretch to any application size. When the Vacuum is engaged, the Fixture Blocks will not move, and will hold your application perfectly still, allowing you to probe easily, without concern the application will shift.

Vacuum Calibration
Substrate Holder

This nifty little device is designed for our line of GTL Calibration Substrates. It plugs into either the GTL Vacuum Pump or the GTL Vacuum Manifold, and uses suction to hold down a Calibration Substrate

  • The substrate holder is 2 inches in diameter and 1.5 inches in height.


CCD Zoom Camera

This high definition camera allows the engineer to see and land multiple probes onto the device under test. It has 2 options for lighting: the LED illumination ring, and the small fiber optic light source(see photos).

Microcam

The Gigatest Microcam is an effective tool for probing. The Microcam is positioned right over the probe tips, allowing you to see where the probe is going, and when it lands. There are 2 versions of the Microcam Holder for the Micropositioner, one for Single Probes, and one for Dual Probes.
