The GTL Micropositioner is the most popular Probe Station accessory and comes in 2 styles, East and West, to affix to both sides of the Probe Station. The Micropositioner axes controls have a true 1-to-1 movement without backlash and a 1-inch range of motion.
GigaTest offers the Manual Positioner for Top-Side-Probing. These low profile Positioners are sturdy, reliable and precise to ensure accuracy and long probe life. GigaTest Positioners have a wide range of options that allow the positioner to be used for many different applications.

GigaTest offers the Motorized Positioner for the GTL 5050 Bottom-Side-Probing. This Motorized Positioner comes with a Joystick Motor Controller and a 6-foot long cable.

Positioner Mounts
The GigaTest Positioner Hard Mount, is the industry leader in Micropositioner stabilization. We have 2 Hard Mounts, one designed to work with the GTL 5050 Probe Stations, the other to work with the GTL 4040 and GTL 4060 Probe Stations. The Hard mount works with both East and West Positioners, and allow Theta rotation in both directions. See photos for examples.
